Sources
Every record comes from an auction calendar a Florida county publishes: mostly the RealAuction sites counties use for online sales (county.realtaxdeed.com and county.realforeclose.com), plus a few counties that run their own. DeedScope does not buy data or copy it from other aggregators.
Refresh
The calendars are re-read every night (2026-10-16T15:00:26.110958+00:00); the last refresh finished Oct 15, 2026. A sale the county removes or cancels is marked removed and drops out of every count and page.
How the numbers are counted
"Scheduled sales" means records currently listed on a county's calendar, 4,998 across 43 counties right now, 2,004 of them tax deeds. Averages use only records where the county published the figure. Cities come from the county's own address field; values that are really a mislabeled field (an amount, a street address, "n/a") are excluded rather than shown.
County auction rules
The sale sites, start times and deposit rules on 39 county pages were read from each clerk's own pages in October 2026 and checked by hand. Anything that could not be confirmed on an official page is left off rather than guessed. Clerks change these; confirm before you register.
Known limits
DeedScope covers 43 of Florida's 67 counties. A calendar can change after the nightly read, a county site can be down on a given night, and published figures are only as accurate as the county's own. Verify every sale with the county before you bid. Found an error? Tell us.
