Investors, attorneys and surplus researchers who work more than one county and were checking each clerk's site by hand. It is $5 a month after a free trial, and the public county pages are free to read.
DeedScope is built and operated by Nexo AI Solutions, a small Florida software studio. Questions, corrections and missing counties go to amahmood561@gmail.com; a reported error is checked against the county's own page and fixed.
